As a Licensed Cosmetology Instructor, Cosmetologist and Salon owner for over 20 years, she has serviced and dedicated her time to thousands of clients and many budding entrepreneurs. Not only does Leandra have extraordinary skills in Professional Hair Styling, she also is a Master Educator of Cosmetology, an entrepreneur trailblazer and Team Leader like no other. Training others to do the same is her passion, which led to the creation of her hands-on educational and training course, The Salon Readiness Program. It’s aimed at helping those who want to get in the salon ownership business to be successful and have access to more than just doing hair.   Additionally, Leadra is the creator of the annual networking conference "The Dreamers Conference", which has been around for 6, going on 7 years, and is an event that educates and assists entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and resources to help them to succeed in business.
