French Fries // Steve Choi (RX Bandits)

This week I'm joined by Steve Choi of RX Bandits. I have been a big fan of RX Bandits for a long time and I am very appreciative of Steve taking the time to join me in obsessing over food. In this episode, we'll be focusing on the French Fry. It's everywhere, it's delicious, it's comforting and, in my opinion, it's the ultimate vehicle for condiments. The French Fry may not be Steve's favorite food, but it's a part of his story and many touring musician's stories throughout their careers... From touring with no money in a 15 passenger van to day off Michelin Star restaurants in Paris, the French Fry is there.
