Welcome back to another episode of the Foot Traffic podcast!!

The fear of, “Will my business make it through a recession?” is totally normal to have right now since we don’t know what the short term future is going to look like.

It’s scary. I get it because it is the unknown.

As a small business owner who has gone through a recession In 2008, I would love to ease your mind and help you get through this and strategize so you can sleep better at night.

Today I'm talking about 4 things you can be doing right now to be proactive and move your business forward even during these times.

  1. Cut all unnecessary spending.  You have apps, software, other items you are paying for that are not working.  They are not helping your business.
  2. Do not cut money makers - Don’t downsize programs to ones that look worse and don’t cut revenue generators
  3. Lean into what is working
  4. Stay Positive - Last recession my business increased revenue every year, I plan to do that again
