25 Jesus, in the Sacred Heart, Loves You With a Human Love

In this episode I discuss how Jesus Christ apart from being truly Divine, is truly Human. Because He is truly human, He is “one of us”, part of our human race—actually the most perfect individual of our human race. He has a divine intelligence, and a human intelligence. He has a divine will, and also a human will. He therefore has a divine knowledge, an infused human knowledge (with beatific vision, because he’s always united to the divinity) and a knowledge acquired from the senses, which can increase with time and experience. Because He is a human being, he can offer a sacrifice to the Father on our behalf. And we can see Him, learn from Him, imitate Him and love Him personally. This is why, in His Sacred Heart, Jesus has a love for us that is human, passionate and emotional.
