Hour 1: Freddie & Gabe look ahead to week 9 of the NFL Season

Freddie and Harry - A podcast by ESPN Radio, Freddie Coleman, Harry Douglas

3:00 ET: The Main Thing Freddie and Gabe Neitzel look back at the Jets win over the Texans and wonder if the Jets have enough in them to save their season. They have a favorable schedule but if they are to succeed the rest of the way they need to focus on each game that’s in front of them instead of looking at the big picture too much. 3:10 ET: The guys look at the other side of the matchup and wonder if the Texans should be concerned for the rest of the season with how they’re offensive line looked last night. Both Freddie and Gabe agree that Nico Collins being back and the division they’re in will sustain them to remain contenders in the AFC. 3:30 ET: The Cowboys just can’t help themselves. Freddie and Gabe react to Micah Parsons and Trevon Diggs ranking their top five quarterbacks in the NFL and not including Dak Prescott in the list. The guys discuss the Cowboys and how they just can’t keep the noise away from the off-the-field stuff instead of focusing on the play on the field. They have a big matchup against the Falcons that could determine how the rest of their season goes.   3:45 ET: Freddie and Gabe look at the big matchup in college football between #4 Ohio State and #3 Penn State. Both agree that this game is a Big Ten elimination game. All of the pressure is on Ohio State not to derail their season.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
