One Day at a Time - Let's talk about suicide episode 5

Suicide is like a minority, a discriminated cause of death. We've learned that it's all us priviledged people who need to stand up for black lives and fight racism, and it's the same with mental health. To fight for your life when you are struggling, instead of getting the support from a helping hand is different. Just like the one's who's never been discriminated must take action, the ones who've never suffered from mental illness must take action. It's not ok to say it doesn't concern me because I don't suffer from it.
