Ep 228: Birth Story (& my huge lesson on manifesting what you want)

I’ve birthed two babies in my bedroom and will no longer stand for a woman thinking she isn’t capable of something.  If you ask me about having babies I’m going to tell you:  I love running my business now as a mom 100x more than I ever did before being a mom.  You guys know I like to keep it real - Is any of it the easiest thing I’ve ever done?  HARD no. But also - I’ve learned to trust the flow of my life, my kids and my own cycles.   In this episode, you’ll hear: My a brief recap of my journey with each of my girls.  My experience with having a breech baby, home birth, and home care team. A lesson in energetic breakdowns and manifesting in what you want. Keeping an evidence journal where you can write down 3 pieces of evidence each day that what you want is happening. The lesson in getting what you want and better no matter what journey you are on.
