Fueling Change in Motorsports

Today, females hold key roles as drivers, engineers, mechanics and in administrative roles throughout the industry. One such example is Ida Stromsaas, a mechanic of Cyan Racing’s racing team, defending champions of the World Touring Car Cup. We speak with Ida about how she got started and her decision to become a motorsports engineer, what it’s like working as a female in this field as well as some of the more memorable events of this year’s championship.
