[189] Is the crisis we face a reality or a false belief?

I had a MIDLIFE CRISIS... I did not think this would have happened to me. I just paddled standing up over the lake and all of a sudden thought came in... A thought that I was not as GOOD ENOUGH as other people I knew... And these thoughts started torturing me.
