In this episode I'm with Dr. Joanne Sotelo. Joanne Sotelo is a Psychiatrist and a Certified High Performance Coach. Balancing her family and raising two wonderful boys, while working full time as a physician and leader of her team has not always been easy.  She believed that being busy all the time was the right thing to do and even took pride in it. She would say yes to whatever she was asked to do because she believed that it was her responsibility to do so.
