As JB clears up his shed (whilst it had become a storage facility for booze for his garden book launches) we discuss 'self awareness' and a leaders role it ensuring it exists in themselves and their people. We then debate is 'co-leadership' something that can work? Some politics has seen this, but could it translate to the workplace?
