The Episode with no morals!

Well - the title is slightly misleading, as JB is full of lovely morals. Ant on the other hand.... This week is dedicated to the art (or is it science) of story telling. Does a leader just need to communicate facts to inspire, or are we missing an element if we don't include a metaphor.  You be the judge!
