GU26 – S2E4 – Strike Force

There is a new leader in the GCPD.  Captain Barnes was a Marine and he is taking no slack.  He fires the most corrupt of the group and sends a message to the rest.  No quarter for corruption or slacking.  He makes Jim his number 2 and the two recruit a fresh crop of academy recruits.  They form Barnes' Unit Alpha of the GCPD Strike Force.  Theo is still the chess master and has made Penguin his pawn.  He has plans for Bruce as well.  It looks like Gotham will need a Strike Force to combat the coming
