In today’s episode I am just thrilled to be talking Sasha Glasgow of Frank and Feel - writer, doubter, doer. Sasha is one of my favourite writers on Instagram and to be honest I just wanted an excuse to have a conversation with her - but what a conversation it was. We talk about how she started out with an intention to be a candle brand before heeding the call of the words, the empowerment of sharing the truth of your feelings, the impact vs the aesthetic of a journaling practice and our approaches to getting out of our brains and into our bodies.
