As a veteran in the tourism industry, I wanted to pick his brain and find out what he thought was in store for the future of the tourism industry, especially when it had been so negatively affected by the coronavirus. During our chat, "Travel Revenge" was brought up. It's a phenomenon where a sudden surge in travel plans are to be expected when travelling restrictions ease up in response to the fact that travellers were restricted from travelling for a prolonged period of time.
