Jeffery Lynn Hand

Jeffery Lynn Hand was only 28 when he was shot to death in 1978 after a botched attempt at abducting a woman from a local mall.  Meg discusses how Jeffery's arrest and release following the abduction of a hitchhiking couple eventually linked him to the killing of 19-year-old Indiana State University student Pam Hilam in Terre Haute, Indiana. Was he also responsible for the murder of Indiana University student Ann Harmeier?
