This rejuvenation nap is the perfect meditation if you are looking for a short but refreshing nap. This 20 minute episode can be used any time you only have a few moments to rest before awakening with that feeling of rejuvenation you have been searching for.We begin this meditation with some relaxing breathwork so you can focus on being present and begin to relax. We will inhale and exhale slowly as we begin to slow down our breaths and heart rate, putting us in the perfect state to fall asleep. We will then use a visualization exercise to gently and gradually bring down our stress levels and invite our bodies and minds into further relaxation. One by one we will begin to countdown as any tension is released and we allow ourselves to unwind. As we drift closer to that peaceful state of sleep we will go through a full body scan, taking the time to relax each part of our body individually. This will allow us to experience an even deeper state of relaxation. At any point during this episode you may drift off.
