What does it mean to be 1% better every day? It’s improving yourself little by little consistently over time. Compete with yourself to be better than you were the day before. Set goals in all five areas of your life-physical, mental, relational, financial, and spiritual-and make conscious choices to move towards those goals daily. If we don’t choose to be better, we’re choosing to be worse by default. Being just 1% better every day equates to 38x better in a year. Take your physical health for example, simply moving your body 1% more than you did the day before has the power to transform you in a year. For your relationships, try making daily deposits into them. Who wouldn’t want their marriage to be 38x better? Or maybe you’re working on being more present with your children.
