Having a healthy work/life balance is important and something a lot of people struggle with. As a business owner, Jesse gets asked a lot about how he achieves this. So, today he’s sharing his tips and tricks. The number one thing he recommends is to set working hours and stick to them. Sometimes the more you work, the less productive you are. Setting time constraints forces you to get the work done within a certain time. Jesse also says it’s important to schedule your breaks, and to make the most of them. Try taking a walk in the middle of your day to reset and recharge you. Once you are off work, detach from your phone. Focus on quality time with your family over quantity of time.
