How to Create a Culture of Gratitude

Happy, Holy Mama - A podcast by Emily Brown - Mondays

Do you get frustrated when your kids don't say thank you or when they expect things to appear as if out of nowhere? Do you find yourself feeling sad, helpless, or even resentful that they seem entitled and/or ungrateful? Instead of staying stuck in those negative emotions that come up around your children's attitudes, I want to invite you to listen to today's episode of the Happy, Holy Mama Podcast.  There are some important pieces to your relationships, and the culture in your home, that might be missing, or have gone unpracticed. In today's episode, I'm going to give you some insight as to what might be going on.  You'll walk away with a few things to try with your family, regardless of their ages, that can help plant the seeds of gratitude that can grow and come to fruition sooner than you think.  I have found that gratitude is the gateway to hope. So if you've been feeling sad, disappointed, and a little hopeless about your children's attitudes towards you, or what they are given, then I pray today's episode offers you a bit of hope for how it could be different.
