Dead Man’s Island

Off the coast of Vancouver, British Columbia sits a small, foggy island with iconic, pointed treetops. Those trees once carried the coffins of the dead.  Though the coffins are now gone, the bones of the fallen remain. Their dust is mixed on the sands of the shore.
