I believe most of all can agree on that we have one or two behaviors or thought patterns that we would like to change - maybe implement a new habit or get rid of a routine that doesn’t serve us. Therefore, this is one of my favorite types of hypnosis as working with our unconscious mind, hence doing hypnosis, is the best way to change a behavior or thought pattern.
