In this podcast Vicky Gill and Mandy Tuckey share with Robin their lived experiences of working in a new environment within an arm’s length body. They explain their role as workforce fellows, how this opportunity to complete a fellowship is supporting their professional development and offer some suggestions and advice to others who may wish to consider taking on a fellowship.
