“I'm sharing great joy and power. I call it love.” Wim Hof has become internationally famous for his eponymous Method, a set of techniques that he asserts can increase energy; improve relaxation, and boost the body’s immune system. It’s all about getting into icy water - and breathing deeply. In this episode of Health To Wealth you’ll hear about the circumstances that compelled Wim to jump into that water in the first place. You’ll also discover how Wim’s Method helped him heal from trauma and bereavement. CONTENT WARNING: References to suicide. In the UK, the Samaritans can be contacted on 116 123.
