HS 023 Horrors and Hurdles of Hybrid Work

Questions on Hybrid Work. The percentage of work performed outside the office changes the technology balance. Identity and helpdesk become core IT technolgy. We question whether management has the self awarenew to accept change, and to create new environments for evolving work processes. Not just simple tools like Slack and Zoom but social working, team dynamics and similar. What about changing the work we do ? Perhaps with orchestration / automation and even AI ? So many questions, not many answers.
