This is second of four episodes in the series on burnout. In this episode, I’m breaking down the causes of burnout and how it showed up for me, and how it might show up for you. I hope this episode is been helpful to identify where burnout is coming from, has come from in the past, or may come from in the future (because these causes also act as risk factors). There are no perfect answers, and I strongly encourage you to talk with your doctor or mental health professional or if you see yourself in these signs and symptoms. The first episode in this series was episode #22 on signs and symptoms, and episodes 24 and 25 will explore recovery, and prevention of burnout.
