Happy Monday! How was your weekend? This one was one for the books for me. My hubby and kids threw me the most fantastic birthday full of all the things....crabcakes, cake and confetti....oh my! But birthdays used to be the WORST days for me when I was struggling in my eating disorder. I had no desire to celebrate. I didn't like who I was. I wasn't confident in who I was.....I couldn't even remember who I was without my disorder controlling my every day. In order to get out of the trenches....I had to change. I had to create confidence when I wasn't feeling confident AT ALL. I had to find belief and keep promises to myself. I had to find ME again.....and maybe sis that is right where you are today. ~In Episode 110, I share with you the 3 step formula to find confidence in WHO you are becoming so that you can change your food and body relationship.
