But the sad news is, disordered patterns lead down distorted paths.  For me, I was never going to be a "perfect" weight. However, I did know that I wanted more for my future than a life slaved by controlling my food & body.  In today's episode, I discuss what a "freedom point" is, & the steps to find yours. These steps today will walk you through an exercise that helps many of my recovery coaching clients experience a plan & feel more in alignment of what they can expect in terms of weight gain on the road to recovery. Truth: You will not continue to gain weight when you start the road to recovery. It’s just not possible.  Remember sweet friend. your mind wants to keep you safe.
