The first step to self-acceptance is to STOP unhealthy comparison. As humans we are going to compare ourselves to others. It is in our nature to watch others. This is how we learn. But, if we look long enough, we will find someone who has done more, who has more & who seems to have it all together. In the eating disorder world, comparing your journey to someone else's does NOTHING but rob your TRUTH. In today's show, I discuss 6 strategies to help you stop the comparisonitis, so that you can start showing up & comparing you vs. you. You have so much to give to the world.
