Hey their sister ~ Do you struggle with daily anxiety? Are you constantly anxious when it comes to what you can eat next or when you can eat it, & you find yourself in borderline panic mode if you are forced out of your workout routine or daily food rituals? Maybe, the mere idea of living life without nagging food thoughts seems entirely impossible to you? I wanted so badly to be "normal". In today's episode, I share with you statistics, research & my own knowledge & personal experience with anxiety & disordered eating. I talk about what you can look out for if you have heightened anxiety & how it can co-exist with an eating disorder.
