The Dan Go Podcast - A podcast by Dan Go

This may come as a surprise to you, but taping your mouth shut while you sleep can make a hugely positive impact on your life, and I want to share with you how doing so has helped me over the past six weeks so that maybe you will want to make this change to your life as well. Sleeping with my mouth taped shut has changed the way that I sleep, my oral health, and how I breathe. I discuss how and why I started doing this in the first place, what the negative impacts are of mouth-breathing as opposed to the positive impacts of nose-breathing, what mouth-breathing (especially the Buteyko method) even is and how to do it, and so much more! I offer a few helpful resources as well, and I encourage you to check them out and do your own research because just because this has worked so well for me does not mean that it's going to work for everyone. I really appreciate your time tuning in to this.
