Episode 40 - Rigid Form and Coaching - You can't make this stuff up!

Episode 40 is all about being too rigid when it comes to coaching form or a particular system.  What works for some will not work for everyone.  Sometimes coaches make their students bend and conform to a particular system just for the sake of it, or because its what's supposed to be done.  And the results are often detrimental to the students.   We will also get into what to do if you don't have access to a coach nearby, what to do, and how to make it work for you.  The fact is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting improvement just doesnt work.  We get into how you can fix shooting problems with just a few small tricks that most coaches know but won't tell you.
