In this episode, I'm going to break down why a works-based mindset is unbiblical, why it leads to anxiety and worry, and directly leads to higher levels of stress. Secondly, we're going to look at chronic stress (cortisol & the HPA-axis) and learn how elevated levels directly impact our hormonal health and overall wellbeing.
