Alcatraz Penitentiary, also known as "The Rock", held some of the country's worst and most infamous criminals.  What started as a military prison, served as a federal penitently for 29 years, and was said to be impossible to escape from.  That wouldn't stop dozens of men from trying... and many of them would die in the process.  With murders, suicides and drownings...
