Identifying and Finding Gratitude for Support (Attitude of Gratitude)
Hope to Recharge - A podcast by Matana Poupko Jacobs

This past week has been especially difficult. We have been navigating a hectic schedule coming out of Passover and adjusting to life at home during Covid-19. In today’s episode I am going to share with you about a powerful moment where it was brought to my attention about something special I could be grateful for. With the stress and anxiety that many of us are facing it is easy for us to overlook the daily support that we are receiving from our loved ones. From our partners pitching in more, children helping each other, friends bringing us a smile, or parents who are calling in more often, there are so many moments and relationships to be grateful for. Right now we need more connection than ever. I want to encourage you to take the time today to not only pause and acknowledge those you are grateful for but to also take the time to express your gratitude to them. There is always something to be grateful for and it is so therapeutic. I invite you to hang out with gratitude today! We hope this episode encourages you that you are not alone.
