How to look & feel your best for treatment and your kids.
How Long Have You Got? - A podcast by Jeremy Langmead and Sarah Edmundson
How you look can affect how you feel when you live with cancer. And as your body and mind cope with all the changes they’re dealing with, so does the way you want (and can) present yourself to the world. Vickie Keeble, the former style director of Net-A-Porter and Matches Fashion, who is living with secondary breast cancer, tells Sarah and Jeremy about the styling tips she uses to tackle everything from trips to the hospital to how her two young children want their mum to appear. The book Vickie mentions in the episode is called Mummy Has A Lump by Simone Baldwin. Other mentions you may find useful are Lola’s Lashes; Wigs for Heroes; and the fact that M&S post-surgery bras are VAT-free. We'd like to hear about your experiences with cancer, so please do get in touch if you’d like to share.
