61: Feeding Our Babies With Love

How to Live Slow - A podcast by Rachelle Glendon

Categories:

I’ve wanted to have a lactation consultant come on the podcast for a while now, to speak about breastfeeding choices and explore how slowing down might support the establishment of a breastfeeding relationship. As well as what to do if you can’t slow down.

So I’m very excited to introduce you to Sheila Marie Ratcliffe who is a Nurse and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Her career on child health & development in a variety of paediatric areas along with her personal motherhood journey led her to ultimately specialize in supporting the mother-baby breastfeeding dyads and growing families.

Sheila is such a supportive and gentle soul and it’s a really special episode. Enjoy!

In this episode:

  • The main struggles mums have with feeding choices for their babies
  • The emotional rollercoaster of breastfeeding
  • Supporting families to succeed with their choices
  • Want more slow living inspo?
