Boy is it easy to get excited in this business! We are so anxious to jump on that real estate roller coaster that sometimes we forget to buckle our safety harnesses. Pre-approvals, actual written offers in hand, due diligence in our client responses, well vetted offers for our sellers. So so many things can send the roller coaster off in the wrong direction taking not just you, but your client along for the ride.
