"After the first seven mixes which were all rather energetic, clubby and clearly focused on a dance vibe, we decided to do a chilled mix for the 8th edition, especially after the somewhat ravy 7th. We did this for some diversity but not in the sense of Ambient / Downbeat Chill Out, but more on a House / Dub Tech vibe, that's deep & dubby while still being forward and psychoactive. I imagined a private, intimate after-hour in a small circle after a great party night, the spirit is still beaming, energy is still there and everyone is pushing the vibes but they still tend to chill out and not dance on the tables.
