As I like to say there is no negative emotions, all emotions are energy in motion that is trying to show us something, point us to something to look into, grow and heal. This simple practice is so powerful for moments when we face more intense emotions like fear, anger, frustration. This practice helped me tackle these feelings so they don't run and affect my everyday and life overall.
