John Dobbin - Ritual

What is a ritual and how can it make our working lives better?   John Dobbin is a senior Agile Transformation consultant who works in large finance and telecommunications companies in APAC, Europe, and the Middle East. He has a background in organisational development, computer science, and mathematics. His current focus is de-mathematising key concepts from complexity science and importing them to management theory: exploring ways to make organisations endogenously adaptive to VUCA environments.
