A lot of what we do here and what I teach is to focus on our thinking, because our thoughts truly create our reality. It is crucial that we understand this- because right now we’re blaming our life on the facts and circumstances and people around us. But, today I want to teach you an evolved concept. One where we take your painful thought and instead of trying to thought swap to get to a better feeling, we make your painful thought a fact, and then decide how we want to feel about that. This is especially helpful when you’re dealing with a diagnosis, a tragedy, a schedule that is out of your control, mental health issues, etc. In today's episode, I walk you through what this process looks like and how you can use it in your life to grant yourself peace even in the midst of pain.
