#112: Will Hogg - Managing Director of Kinetic Consulting

Will has always strived to keep “purpose” front and centre through 3 distinct careers. After working in an inner-city youth club and completing his degree, he was an Officer in the British Army, serving in places like Bosnia and Northern Ireland. His second career, in the Corporate world, was at Procter & Gamble where he was the HR Director of a Global Business Unit. His third professional experience is his current role, where he has built an organisation of roughly 50 consultants who have worked with more than 70 Global companies. In these 3 very different contexts, his single-minded, consistent focus has been to help others to find and unleash hidden potential: put differently, his purpose is to help individuals and teams to find their purpose so that they can leave their unique, positive footprint.
