John Cresswell is CEO, Bibby Line Group and speaks to a core theme of focus and determination.  John has enjoyed a successful career in high-profile roles including Chief Operating Officer, ITV plc, Interim CEO, ITV plc and, CEO Arqiva Limited.  As well as serving on the boards of Liverpool FC and Capita plc as a Non Exec Director.John joined the media sector as a newly qualified chartered accountant. He has provided strategic and authentic leadership for six world-class media organisations spanning broadcasting, content and technology. More recently he has led teams in retail and financial services. John places enormous emphasis on organizational culture and values.  He believes a primary task of leadership is to direct attention.  His favored triad of focus is customers, colleagues and cash. John believes organizations succeed best when teams are collaborative and able to confront the realities about their position and then set inspiring goals.   He likes to challenge his own thinking and encourages his team and employees to do the same.
