Hi, my name is Giulia Dini from the International Institute of Digital Marketing. Today I will be providing some Instagram Do’s and Don’ts to ensure your brand’s success in growing its platform through social media. Firstly when posting content on Instagram, your timing and content appearance influence how well your post does. Utilize Instagram’s Insights data to view which days and times your audience is the most active. Base your posting times off of target niches and create eye-catching content which keeps your brand image. Don’t forget to use Instagram stories and don't overpost! Followers can view this as content overload and your content should be anticipated! Next, using captions correctly can influence who sees your post as they are little SEOs themselves! Do use at least 3-5 hashtags per post pertaining to the general area your content applies to and do add locations or tag other brands and people when possible! Both of these tasks attract related audiences to your brand! Don't write lengthy captions- stick to 2-3 sentences max! Don't write in paragraph form as using spacing within your captions, prevent it from looking overwhelming! Next, Instagram Live sessions are a great way to personally engage with consumers while showcasing products and services! Plan these sessions in advance and promote them through your posts or stories to have the most viewers. Answer as many viewer comments and questions as possible. Also planning engagement activities make your live sessions more enjoyable for your viewers! Don't host these sessions simultaneously as fewer viewers= fewer sales and exposure. Keep your audience entertained through spontaneity and don't stray from your brand! Lastly, maintaining a good engagement etiquette will guarantee you a loyal following and grow your platform! Replying to all comments and questions on your posts or tagged posts, answering and liking replies on Instagram stories, and going through hashtags that pertain to your business to engage with your viewers' content is useful! Additionally including that any inquiries can be solved through DMing provides consumers with an easier outlet to connect with your company! By following these tips when posting on Instagram, making captions, hosting live sessions, and engaging with your consumers, your brand will grow its platform and become more successful! In the news, there are blunders again and again by companies, failing some of the core aspects of modern marketing. Because of this, the need for a solid, stable foundation for marketing in the modern world is needed-- a foundation with the ability to be built upon and developed with time. #contentmarketing #digitalmarketing #digitalmarketing #marketing #socialmediamarketing #socialmedia #business #marketingdigital #branding #seo #instagram #onlinemarketing #advertising #digital #entrepreneur #contentmarketing #marketingstrategy #digitalmarketingagency #marketingtips #follow #smallbusiness #design #bhfyp #webdesign #like #photography #graphicdesign #content #art #fashiondigitalmarketing #digitalmarketingagency #digitalmarketingsalary #whatisadigitalmarketing
