Last year I hired a Jr. iOS Developer as my replacement at a startup I was working at. I had the opportunity to review over 100 submissions for the position, and I got to see first hand how the vast majority of developers REALLY need some help when it comes to marketing themselves. Better Github repositories, resumes, websites, portfolios, app marketing pages, etc... It all needs works. In this video I discuss some of the thoughts after going through the process of hiring an iOS developer.
