This weeks guest is Tracey Murphy, someone who has a distinguished career in HR both in-house and as an external consultant.Tracey has a colourful past and came into HR from a project management support route. Through our discussion you can clearly see how that project management mindset has benefitted her during her career and some of the roles she's had. As with many other of my guests, Tracey highlights the importance of having mentors and stretching yourself to develop your career.More recently, following some personal issues of her own, Tracey is trying to raise the importance of awareness around emotional health and how previous trauma can impact individuals in the workplace.
