Today, Richard is in conversation with wine scientist and author Gus Zhu about his book, “Behind the Glass: The Chemical and Sensorial Terroir of Wine Tasting”.   Amongst other things, the conversion covers Gus’ career in wine, the latest wine trends in his native China, the different approaches to education in Asia and America, as well as taking a deep dive into the science behind the wine and debunking the “tongue map theory”.
