344. Calling for Hope

It's Going To Be OK - A podcast by Feelings & Co

Zachary Blackowl lost his mom a few years ago, and the grief he felt after her death threw him into a deep depression. The thing that helped him start to climb his way out was a phone call to the 988 crisis lifeline. The 988 Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the United States. You can call or text anytime you want to talk to someone. _ If you have anxiety, depression or any sense of the world around you, you know that not *everything* is going to be okay.
