New Zealand pole vaulter Eliza McCartney joins Martin Devlin on It's Only Sport, following her brilliant competitive showing in France last weekend. The 2016 Olympic bronze medallist achieved a jump of 4.84 metres, a world-leading mark and the sixth-best mark of her vaulting career. It suggests McCartney could be back in the circle of contenders for the World Athletics Indoor Championships in a few weeks and the Paris Olympic Games in July/August.
